Large entertainment projects that involve several objectives, limited budgets and time restrictions, may seem overwhelming when project leaders don’t use the appropriate set of management tools. In Project and Team Management, I gained the necessary skills that allow me to successfully define a project, build and maintain an effective team, prepare a detailed project plan including time and costs estimates, monitor the project’s progress, take corrective actions when necessary, and deal with risk and uncertainty. 
Furthermore, I learned how to properly analyze and respond a RFP (request for proposal) by preparing a complete proposal document involving the following sections: executive summary, list of deliverables, project schedule, description of tasks, milestones, resources, costs, risk management, and appendix.
