For my final project before graduation, I was required to incorporate the business skills I was taught throughout the course in order to develop a formal business plan involving an entertainment venture of my choice. Following the lectures of my instructor and learning from Rhonda Abrams’ book, Successful Business Plan: Secrets & Strategies, I was able to thoroughly describe my target market, identify the trends and analyze the characteristics of my industry, describe the business venture including the revenue model, analyze competitors and identify the business’ competitive advantage, develop operations and management plans, and build budgets and financial projections.Photo retrieved from:http://freelanceswitch.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/businessplan.jpg
